Skylune Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
Skylune does not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal data. It never connects to the internet. Everything you see is computed on your device from astronomical formulas.
What the app uses, and why
- Location
- Optional, “While Using the App” only. Used to compute sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonset for where you are. The coordinates stay on your device (and in the app’s private shared storage so the widget can read them). You can instead pick a city by name; that search is handled by Apple Maps on your device under Apple’s privacy policy.
- Notifications
- Optional. Full and new moon reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No server is involved.
- Purchases
- The one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Skylune only receives a yes/no entitlement from Apple; it never sees your payment details.
What the app does not do
- No analytics, no crash reporting SDKs, no advertising identifiers.
- No accounts, no sign-in, no email addresses.
- No network requests of any kind from the app itself.
- No third-party code that could collect data.
Data stored on your device
Your chosen places, time-format preference, reminder settings and unlock status are saved in the app’s private storage and, if you use iCloud Backup, included in your device backup by Apple. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Children
Skylune is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, we do not expect it to.

- 位置
- 可选，仅"使用期间"。用于计算你所在位置的日出、日落、月出、月落。坐标只保存在你的设备上（以及应用的私有共享存储，供小组件读取）。你也可以按名称选择城市，该搜索由你设备上的 Apple 地图处理，遵循 Apple 隐私政策。
- 通知
- 可选。满月与新月提醒在你的设备上本地排定，不经过任何服务器。
- 购买
- 一次性解锁由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。Skylune 只从 Apple 得到"是否已购买"的结果，看不到你的支付信息。
应用不会做什么
- 没有统计分析、没有崩溃上报 SDK、没有广告标识符。
- 没有账户、无需登录、不收集邮箱。
- 应用本身不发起任何网络请求。
- 没有任何可能收集数据的第三方代码。
保存在你设备上的数据
你选择的地点、时间格式偏好、提醒设置和解锁状态保存在应用的私有存储中；如果你使用 iCloud 备份，Apple 会将其包含在设备备份里。删除应用即删除这些数据。
