Frequently asked questions
What is free and what is paid?
Today is free, forever. A single one-time purchase unlocks any past or future date, all widgets and the full/new moon reminders. There is no subscription, and the purchase is shared with your Family Sharing group.
I bought the unlock on another device. How do I restore it?
Open Settings inside Skylune and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple Account (or a member of the same family group).
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only to compute sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonset for where you are. It is optional and used only while the app is open. You can instead pick a city by name in Places.
How accurate are the times?
The Sun and Moon positions follow Jean Meeus’ Astronomical Algorithms. Rise and set times are typically within a minute of official almanacs; near the poles, where the Sun skims the horizon, small differences are normal and the app tells you when a day is polar day or polar night.
The Moon looks mirrored compared to what I see.
Skylune draws the lit side for your hemisphere: waxing moons are lit on the right in the north and on the left in the south. If your saved place is in the wrong hemisphere, check it in Places.
Widgets are not updating.
Widgets refresh hourly and whenever you change place or settings in the app. If a widget looks stale, open Skylune once; iOS may also delay widget refreshes in Low Power Mode.
Reminders do not arrive.
Check Settings → Notifications → Skylune on your iPhone, and make sure the full or new moon toggle is on inside the app. Reminders are scheduled locally on the day of the event at the hour you chose.

换了设备，如何恢复购买？
在 Skylune 的"设置"中点"恢复购买"。请确认设备登录的是同一个 Apple 账户（或同一家庭组成员）。
为什么需要定位？
只用于计算你所在地的日出日落与月出月落。定位是可选的，且仅在使用期间；你也可以在"地点"里按名称选择城市。
时间准确吗？
太阳和月亮位置按 Jean Meeus《Astronomical Algorithms》计算，升落时刻通常与官方历书相差一分钟以内。高纬度地区太阳贴着地平线，出现少量差异属正常，应用会标出极昼/极夜。
小组件不更新？
小组件每小时刷新，并在应用内更换地点或设置时立即刷新。若显示滞后，打开一次 Skylune 即可；低电量模式下 iOS 也可能延迟刷新。
